TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAULS POOCH BOUTIQUE
1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our websites www.paulspoochboutique.com (“Grooming”) and are the Terms and Conditions upon which our services are supplied.
2. By using the site and /or our services you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the Provision of services and use of the Site and agree to be bound by them.
3. We grant to you a non-exclusive non-transferable License to use the Site in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out in this Agreement.
4. The Site may contain links to other websites and consequently www.paulspoochboutique.com assumes no responsibility for the content, Privacy Policies or Practices of any third-party site or service.
5. Paul’s Pooch Boutique will provide upon payment of the fee as agreed and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions contained herein grooming services to your dog and/ or supply of product required by you at the price set out in our Schedule of Fees.
6. Paul’s Pooch Boutique and its staff assume no liability for any injuries, rashes, irritations or any illness associated with or directly caused by the service provided and you hereby grant unto the company its employees, Directors and Contractors an absolute release of all and every liability and claim arising out of the supply of services and product.
7. You hereby grant authority to Paul’s Pooch Boutique to apply whatever treatment may be necessary to remove fleas and pests including ticks and other related parasites or worms from your pet and agree to pay the cost of the provision of the treatment.
8. You grant unto Paul’s Pooch Boutique the right to train your animal in relation to puppy orientation and grooming services where necessary.
9. You grant Paul’s Pooch Boutique the right to exercise independent judgment in the event of your animal becoming sick or injured and to take such steps as it and its staff think prudent to protect or help your pet under the circumstances at your cost to ensure the wellbeing of your pet and authorize it to be your agent for the purpose.
10. You will be responsible for the payment of all veterinary bills, all grooming prices depend on hair condition, styling and size of dog.
11. We need to be given at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellations/ rescheduling preferably by speaking with us on the phone to avoid fees associated with these actions. ‘No shows’ cannot be tolerated and can result in permanent removal from our client list.
12. Where there has been a cancellation/rescheduling without 24 hours’ notice, you will need to pay a missed appointment fee of £10, and may be required to pay a deposit before future grooming appointments are scheduled
